Wow - I've been doing school board minutes for 2 years and realized with all the new technology, there has to be something out there that can make my life easier. As an HR Director, Exec Assistant to the Superintendent and BOE Secretary, I simply was running out of time for quality note taking. I upload my recording and BAM, I have quality minutes that take me minutes to tweak. No second guessing, no re-listening to the recording. It's done for you. Best $99/month the district has ever spent!

Easy to work with. Does not take long to get transcription processed. Make's meeting transcription so much easier. Impressed with Action items at the end.

Board Breeze has made writing minutes easy. The action item list it produces is especially useful for tracking. I highly recommend it to all association managers. Multiple meetings in a day? No problem.

Update: Boardbreeze contacted me today not only to say they were refunding me the money but also to fix duplication errors and offer further assistance. I'm so impressed with the quick reply AND the focus on mitigating glitches -- whether theirs or mine. You don't often find this level of responsibility and responsiveness, and I'm grateful. I recorded a 30-minute HOA meeting on my Voice Memos app and saved it to Microsoft. I also had a free trial to Boardbreeze, but when I tried to use it to transcribe the notes, I couldn't log in and was repeatedly told to subscribe. So I tried to subscribe to the lowest level. Even though that level offered 3 hours of transcription, it was unavailable to me. Finally, I gave up and paid the $100 level. I really needed those notes! I've contacted BoardBreeze, but . . . crickets.
