Please use your first account, other ones will not be unblocked, also, you can not delete this account or register a new one once again. There will be no further discussion of your request.” Indicating that customer support did not read my email. I am now in a state of concern, as I had given my email address and phone number to this organisation that refuses to respond to the issue they have caused.
