HelloFaxReviews of app.hellofax.com

Had to send a fax to government office and hellofax made it way less painful than I expected. Fax went through fine, just hope I don’t have to do it again anytime soon

Hello Fax is now "Dropbox Fax." I fax about 5-7 pages *each year* for personal purposes only. I have taken advantage of free offerings from different sites and HelloFax, now DropboxFax, is amongst that ones I used. There were 5 free pages left since account opening, and my document was 7 pages long. The site doesn't advertise it on their pricing plan, but after Googling around, seems any pages over the account credit could be charged $0.99 each. Guess what? They faxed the extra 2 pages for FREE for me (the popup message says that they'll give me one extra page)! Love that! For extremely infrequent users, I hope they'll continue to let customers to pay $0.99 per page and make it increasingly cheaper if it's over a certain number, eg. 6 pages, because $5 is a monthly plan at the current discount.

HelloFax did a great job, I just received my first fax and I love the user interface. 100% recommended.
