Bitterly disappointed
Bitterly disappointed - I hate being lied to I've had to continually chase for a delivery date as the info on the website is obsolete I was told categorically that my sofa was in the warehouse and due for delivery tomorrow - so planned a day off work Then get an out of the blue text saying sorry - but they've cancelled my delivery No polite phone call to explain - just a text Shambles I've then had to leave messages for the store only to be told my sofas are not yet in store But last week I had confirmation they were Someone has an issue with honesty Never again Distasteful behaviour
