Purchased Flo.health premium since I’ve been trying to conceive it costs $14 a month I used it for a short time and realized each month is repetitive with the information it gives which isn’t worth $14 a month so 3 months ago I tried canceling my subscription through the app only to find it very difficult,so I contacted customer service via email and they said it would take some time to stop,the following month came and they still took out money from my account I contacted them again only for them to tell me they will unsubscribe me, so now going on the 3rd month and they just took more money from me..I’m making a call. This company is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache
