Good platform, but predatory subscription policies! The platform itself is actually quite good, but their subscription and billing system feels like a total scam. I used the service exactly ONCE and gave my debit card details. I never used it again, yet out of nowhere, they charged my account ₹3,000 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I literally had to block my debit card to stop them from taking more money. They need to desperately update their policies. If a user isn't actively using the service, or if a payment is due, the system should automatically cancel or suspend the service instead of sneakily accumulating charges on a saved card. UPDATE: After I persistently fought them on this, they emailed me promising a 100% full refund within 7 business days. I'm giving 2 stars because the platform has potential and they ultimately did the right thing, but the shady billing system needs to be fixed immediately.
