For me it happened exactly the same: I signed up for what was advertised as a 3-day trial for €0.99, only to be charged €29.99 shortly after without any clear warning. There was no proper notification before the charge, and I did not authorize any monthly subscription. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, they responded with a generic message citing their refund policy, refusing to acknowledge how unclear the sign-up process was. Even though I canceled the account immediately and never used the service beyond the trial, they still denied the refund. This business model feels deceptive and dishonest. I’ve already opened a dispute with my card provider and will report the site to consumer protection platforms. Be careful — this is not a trustworthy service. Stay away from this site!!!

i was charged $29.99 for a month subscription, i only wanted to use the 3 days trial which i paid $0.99, why was i charged for monthly subscription of $29.99 without any notice. i have reported the issue to visa that i did not authorize such payment. i think this platform is a scam.

Contrate el servicio por $280 CLP, dentro de la plataforma ofrecieron dos servicios $34.99 USD y $49.99USD, que te lo ofrecían al momento de seguir avanzando en tu trabajo, que días después de reclamé y me devolvieron $34.99, siendo que al final ocupe la plataforma 1 día renunciando a todo los 6 días posteriores, y me cobraron por los tres meses de suscripción, fue una experiencia confusa, poco trasparente, y las políticas con restricciones para reembolsos, plataforma que no la recomiendo.

I was automatically charged USD29.99 as I did not authorised this transaction, this is a scam. Don't fall for it, horrible way of doing business.
