It starts off wrong when they tell you that access costs just 0.99 and ask you to register a card. Days later a charge of US$24.99 is made on your card and when speaking to them, they say that in 3 days the automatic payment would be made and "everything" was written in the terms. Abusive practice because at no point do they make this clear, but they say that you were the one who made a mistake in agreeing. Brazilian legislation says that any consumer can cancel a purchase within 7 days and even though they presented a law they did not want to cancel the purchase. Now I'm going to file a lawsuit to get my money back. !!!!!Do not put your data there or use the platform!!!!!

Grosse arnaque. Vous testez pour 1€ et si vous ne souhaitez pas vous abonner, ils prélèvent quand même 30€ par mois. En plus, tout est fait pour vous compliquer la tâche.

Não é boa, eles não cancelam a assinatura e passam a cobrar todos os meses. Não é confiável.

I made a subscription for just 1 dollar and then i canceled my subscription but they charged me for 29.99 dollar. Never use them. They are waiting like a sharke to take your money. I canceled my card because of them to be in safe.

If I could give it less than 1 star, that'd be even better. These guys are a scam. I paid for their 0.99 trial run, but then they decided that my word count was too big, so I couldn't even use it. Three days later, they tried to charge me $30 for their garbage site, but luckily, my bank caught it and blocked the charge. It doesn't help that they don't have a section on their website where you can manage your subscription and payment information, so you can't cancel it yourself. Instead, you have to go through their customer service portal, which luckily was very quick and easy, so that might be the only good part of this site. Bottom line, don't use this professionally looking scam site.
