App DataannotationReviews of app.dataannotation.tech

Data Annotation is not a scam. It’s a legit website. They pay well. It took me some time to complete the tests and the qualification tasks to get me qualified for paid tasks. However, once I got through those tests and qualification tasks, there are more paid tasks available for me. Since last month I have earned more than 100$ from them. They don’t always have projects, so they are not a stable source of income. However, they are definitely not scamming.

definitely scam. all linkedin is just shouting about it. dont go there Phoebe R. (She/Her) 3:12 PM Hi Sati, I'm a recruiter at DataAnnotation, where we pay smart folks to train AI. Your profile stood out to me as we are seeking bilingual English and Hindi professionals. We need consultants to help train AI to ensure its accuracy. You will help us write answers to prompts and research/fact-check AI responses. A few highlights of what can be your newest side gig: Earn $1K+ USD weekly paid via PayPal 💰 Completely remote 🏡 Work as much or as little as you want - make your own schedule! 💻 NO AI experience required 🤯 Please apply at the link below!

They do have projects and tasks for workers, but not consistent, sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly, and sometimes could be half a year or longer. So, consider it more like a lottery ticket than a regular side hustle.

It took me 3 hours to fill out the math questions they gave me during that interview screening process Then they went ahead and resold whatever I filled out I never got back to me They're able to do this indefinitely and make a business model out of it because there's a lot of hungry people looking for work.

Not scam at all. It pays good money, that's why the onboarding process is tough for some folks. I got an invite within 7 days after initial assessment and have earned $1270 in 13 days last time from bilingual tasks when work was available. Right now its not, but I hope it comes back.

This company has figured out how to lure people in and get a lot of work done for them - all free of charge! They promise a nice, well paying job that anyone can do. After spending a lot of time taking their "core" starter assessment, you are then required to take another one in order "to earn access to open-ended work paying $20+/hr." The additional tests assessments that were listed for me were in scientific categories that were not at all indicated on my profile subject areas. I thought that I could wait for something in my indicated subject areas to appear as assessments, but that never happened. Do not waste your time.

This site is not a scam. While the initial test was long and challenging, I completed it and have worked with them for nearly two years. The onboarding process may have changed since I joined. One downside is that getting support to respond is difficult. I've submitted questions without receiving any replies. That said, I've worked on several projects that paid well, and currently have quite a few available on my dashboard. What I appreciate most is the flexibility: I can choose which projects I want to take on. Admittedly, some tasks are difficult for me personally, but that’s not the platform’s fault. I don’t understand why some people assume it's a scam just because they didn’t pass the test or don’t see immediate work. When I first joined, my dashboard remained empty for almost two months before any qualifications appeared. Once they do, it’s important to complete them. If you ignore the initial opportunities, you may not see new ones appear as easily.

I can only confirm the other bad reviews: this is a scam. Stay clear!
