Dreadful, no help desk, other than computer or worse still individuals pretending to solve your distress...... NO HELP.... AND THEY DON'T CARE Avoid! Simply put, you waste your time with this organisation and they couldn't careless. Do they pay? Yes, but not in my opinion if you need to input governement id,,,,, as in outside of Australia or USA, their system doesn't cope, and their help desk is a robot. Useless..... I can't even take the qualification test because I keep receiving this pop-up message: 'Thank you for your submission. We are currently reviewing your submission.
