Very easy to get what I needed. I knew my skin does well on an antibiotic so I just needed an Rx for it.

It just took a long time to get my order, which I am fine with, I just wasn’t updated. I even sent two emails and no one answered. When I sent a message they finally did, but again, the no response was not fun.

I am 52 and had begun experiencing moderate to severe rosacea and acne. I filled out the necessary information, uploaded the photos requested and within 24 hours I had a consult with a licensed physician!! I agreed to the meds and topical treatment recommended and everything was mailed to my home! SO easy! SO professional!! Highly recommend!!

I love how Apostrophe has made my skin care meds accessible and so easy to manage. My skin has seen major improvement over the last couple of years and I actually feel like I’m getting more efficient care from the Apostrophe dermatologists than I did when I would see an in-person dermatologist. I have never had any issues receiving my medication and their subscription/auto-refill feature has made getting my medication even easier even when my schedule is super hectic.

Meds came promptly and getting them was easy HOWEVER I had scheduled them to come a month from now and they were shipped right away! I messaged customer service and received NO RESPONSE and it has been several days now. I don’t know how to prevent this from happening in the future and I am frustrated that no one responded to me. Grateful for receiving the meds but why offer the ability to schedule their delivery if that doesn’t make a difference?

I scheduled an appointment at my local dermatologist, long story short my insurance wouldn’t cover the topical prescription and it was $1400 out of pocket/month. So I thought I’d try this website and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done! Filled out some medical questions and history, snapped a photo of my skin, and voila, a doctor got back to me and my meds were shipped quickly. $75 / 3 months! Fabulous experience, thank you!

My experience with apostrophe has been great! Once I put my information in, it took Dr. Beasley less than 24 hours to respond with a very thorough and personal treatment plan. He read my information carefully and made sure to discuss exactly how to use my products and how they would help. Once I placed my order, it only took 1 week to receive it. They also checked back in to make sure I received my order. This is a creative and convenient way of reaching very helpful dermatologists.

I had to pay 75 dollars just to fill out their form. Once I got my treatment plan it was medications I’ve tried before that didn’t work. Because I have hormonal acne they gave me a pretty standard hormonal acne med and it felt like they didn’t pay attention to my survey. Now I just wasted my money and want a new plan but I’m not sure how without getting charged 20 more dollars.
