This is my third time getting products and I am so satisfied, but this time one of the product bottles was broken. It is the topical face cream and the pump doesn't work so I am having to find ways to get the ointment out of the bottle without it. I still love the products and the medication is great, but I wish the bottle wasn't broken.

Best thing I’ve ever done for my skin! After years of medications, serums, topical prescriptions, expensive dermatology visits and diet changes to clear up my adult acne, Apostrophe came to the rescue! Very fast response time for the doctor! I was looking for something that is prescription strength but safe for pregnancy because I am trying to conceive and dealing with maskne being a healthcare worker! They came through, I just started my routine but so far very satisfied. Only thing I would change is the pump on the bottle. I have to store it upside down for the product to come out.

The consultation online was quick and easy and my product came in at a reasonable time, but I really don't like the pump on my medication. I'm unsure if I have a defective pump bc it takes a while for the the product to come out.
