The doctor I work with is caring, even virtually, and is always very prompt and descriptive with her recommended routine, which makes it so easy to follow. Love!!! I've been on spironolactone for 3+ months now and my skin hasn't looked this good since before puberty.. The dermatologists at apostrophe are so responsive and open to your preferences/concerns. They update my treatment whenever concerns arise like dryness and they recommend great products that aren't too expensive to accompany their prescription products. Definitely recommend!

I took the chance on the product and wish that I had read the refund policy thoroughly...there is no refund policy. The pills prescribed made me nauseous and gave me a slight headache for the entire day after taking them. My assigned dermatologist was responsive and offered sound advice which I followed and the same results occurred. I'm now stuck with a prescription that I won't use and a cream that I have not seen any results from thus far. If you're a gambler.? Best of luck.

This system is awesome!! Man, sure does beat overpaying at the dermatologist office for them to see me for 5 mins. Super easy, I uploaded pictures of my skin and was able to customize the treatments that were suggested. And the medication came super quickly right to my front door. Literally zero hassle

Well last night was my first time using cream especially made for me, and i must say that i am impressed. My pores doesnt feel clogged, i can feel my face breathing ( if you know what i mean). And doesnt feel tight and dry..Thank you apostrophe for all that you do for others.

I've been using apostrophe for several months and the convenience is amazing! Your visit cost goes towards your prescription cost too! They are available for any additional questions and response time is impeccable.

My past experience was good. I’m a repeat customer. This is my 4th order. The pills keep changing, but this time it wasn’t a minor difference - now they’re significantly larger, which makes them harder to swallow. The customer service was rude and tried to play off the difference. They told me to use pill splitters and wouldn’t acknowledge how inconvenient such inconsistency is for customers. They were focused on justifying themselves instead of customer satisfaction. Very poor customer service.

I just received my topical cream so I can’t say if it works well or not yet. I’ll follow up in a month or so, BUT I can say the pump doesn’t work at all. When I used it for the first time last night I had to use a toothpick to get a small amount of the cream out of the bottle... I’ll contact customer service to figure that out. So far I like how quickly I heard back from the derm after submitting photos, they ask you if there’s any prescription you are specifically interested in and I like the packaging.
