My impatient personality was perfectly satiated by this company. I’ve been on a waiting list for my local dermatologist for 3 months to get in. I gave in after seeing an add online, spent 20 minutes filling out questions and received a prescription and treatment plan the very next day from Apostrophe. They have easy, convenient, and timely lines of communication. I’m excited to continue my skin journey through this company.

I decided to try Apostrophe after struggling with acne for the last few months. I was under the impression from the ads that you would get matched with a derm who would target your skin concerns and perscribe you treatments. Great I thought, I would get some professional help! I signed up paid the $20 sent in the photos and specified the treatments I have tried for the last few years. I waited 2 weeks for my online appointment. To say I was excited was an understatement. My breakouts are quite severe and I have been at my wits end. The morning of I tested my mic and webcam. I waited patiently in the doc's online lobby. The derm showed up a few minutes late (10 minute appointment), then proceeded to recommend accutane. Not only does apostrophe not prescribe accutane, but I had specifically in my notes that I did NOT want to go on accutane again. I wanted other alternatives. She preached accutane to me told me my skin was severe enough for it and argued that there wasn't much else to help me. She did not ask me about skincare once. Finally, after relenting, she recommened trentnoin and bactrium. We did not talk about application or side effects. Instead she complained about how busy she was setting up her own practice and hiring new employees. She told me to NOT contact her directly/indirectly. As I understood through apostrophe I would be able to communicate with the derm. She recommended I go through the apostrophe email for questions. The appointment ended within around 6 minutes. She made me feel like I had wasted her time. I know apostrophe is not supposed to replace a real derm, but I felt very unwanted. I don't know why this certain derm is a part of this service if she does not have time for it/ not passionate about helping clients. I will probably use up the perscriptions I bought then ask my primary physican to fill them. I will not be using this service again. Furthermore I am very disappointed. I was very happy to find a service which would help me with my skin without the pain of finding a in person derm, but alas it was too good to be true. The derm I saw was Dr. Anna Chacon. I recommend to apostrophe if you want more experiences like mine, then please keep her in your system.

I have only been taking my meds for 3 days, I made the mistake of not eating or drink and did get very nauseous. But so far, I feel great, 3 days and no new acne has appeared anywhere on my body. It will take time for it to start going down, but as of now I’m very happy with the meds I have received and hope to see great results.

This is great! Reasonable prices, very professional communication from the Dr assigned to me. The prescription I needed arrived in the mail quickly and I’m excited to have my skin clear up after having a Rosacea flare up

I became interested in Apostrophe via a sponsored ad, and researched further to find that each person has customized treatments by a board certified dermatologist which I was excited about. I went on to create my account, enter my personal info, and describe my skin issues. Everything was easy to use, fast, and my skin has already started to improve after only a week. The cost is also very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Super Quick and Easy process!

I’m loving this experience so far. Too soon to tell results, although I feel already more radiant in my skin. Delivery was very fast and smooth.
