ApostropheReviews of apostrophe.com

I appreciate the simplicity and convenience.

So far is day two, IN LOVE with the glow of my sking and the fact that I ACTUALLY SEE A DIFFERENCE, is day two peopleee. How is this posible?! Amazing so far.

Extremely quick service, easier to use and faster than competitors.

I had a severe allergic reaction to the topical product they prescribed. I had extreme swelling of the glands and lymph nodes, painful mouth and gum swelling, and abscesses and sores throughout my mouth. I have been unable to eat solid food for over a week. These are known possible rare reactions to Azealic acid. They refused to issue a refund. I paid $75 for 3 months of treatment. Only one bottle of the treatment was sent out. They refused to refund even the $50 of medication that I had not received. This is a horrible company that shows zero empathy for customers. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did.

Fast shipping, not entirely sure about results just yet but the cream is already helping some. I've already shared the web page with a friend.

First time user. The process was easy and I received my treatment plan quickly. The plan was easy to understand and included explanations of why the treatment was prescribed. I was worried I wouldn't receive my medication before leaving for vacation, but shipping was fast and I received my medication before I had expected it to arrive.

Had negative reaction 2 months after using product. Took a break for a few weeks then tried using again- same reaction. Asked for a refund for recent shipment. Unable to be refunded. I don’t believe this is good customer service. I understand prescription meds can’t be returned, but at least refund. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know.

best telehealth service i’ve ever used. i’ve been using apostrophe for i believe 6 months now, and it’s been flawless. very quick responses, providers listened to my needs and preferences, and on-time delivery always. i get spironolactone from apostrophe and love it.
