Hi, We are sorry that the promotion did not yield the expected results for you. After reviewing the communication records, our team had offered to fully rerun your campaign with an even larger campaign size than your original purchase. However, this offer was declined on your end, and as a result, a full refund was processed back to your account as per your request. We were fully open to finding a fair solution for your promotion, but since the proposed option was declined, the refund concluded the matter in full and any subsequent negative review is unfortunately unjustified. Nevertheless we wish you much success in your music career moving forward. Best, Team Apolone
