Do not use this group or you will be dropped from Spotify. They use bots and fake streams. They caused my release to be dropped from Spotify and my distribution group was fined!
These guys suck

Hi Edward - We take the issue of artificial streams very seriously and conduct regular checks across all playlists. If a curator fails to follow our rules and regulations, they are immediately suspended from our network.
Since we do not own playlists but work with independent curators, these security measures are essential to protect both artists and their music
We have no record of working with a client under your name in our database. If you believe there was a misunderstanding or used a different company to promote your music, please reach out to our support team so that we can investigate the issue. We always promote organic growth and adhere to all Spotify rules and regulations.
Best,
Team Apolone

Another "pay an expert to listen..."
Just another "pay an expert to listen to your song" website. I was an idiot thinking this was any different from the 1000's of websites now doing the same thing. You pay to think you are going to get on a playlist and all you get in return is some curator saying how great you are, but they aren't adding you to their playlist. What garbage. I can give my friends less money to tell me what I already know.
Response from ApoloneFeb 3, 2026
Hi James - we are sorry to hear that the campaign did not yield a successful placement this time around. Please note, as we only provide a platform for playlist pitching services, the decision whether a song is accepted or not depends on the curators and their individual and independent criteria. We have no influence over this decision as it would be against platform rules and regulations. You can launch a new campaign for another round of curator review, or promote any other song as an alternative.

The tracks I used them for were flagged
The tracks I used them for were flagged for bots and now I have to payback CD baby for the “botted activity” . I was lucky they didn’t take down my stuff. I only used them for these particular tracks.

I've been patient and cooperative
I've been patient and cooperative. I sent screenshots of Bank charges of my bank showing they were paid. I've explained what happened and still the problem is Not Resolved. I don't Know for sure, but something is obviously Wrong. I will make one last check of my bank account and if it has Not Been credited the two charges, I Will immediately Report to Law Investigative Agencies. If this is a Scam, then it needs to be determined by the FBI and pertinent Investigative Agencies.
Unfortunately!

Never delivered what I paid for
I bought a music promo package and the website said the service was down. I contacted their customer service and they told me to be patient. After another week I demanded my money back and thank goodness they did refund it. I think Apolone might be a huge scam.
Response from ApoloneNov 30, 2025
Hi Angela - We are a legitimate company and have successfully run a large number of campaigns since our launch. The recent campaign pause was due to system maintenance, which took longer than expected because of the complexity of our software. We understand this may have been a frustrating experience; however, maintenance is an essential part of ensuring a reliable and secure platform for all users.
All relevant information was communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and your charge has been refunded as requested.

Pathetic is not a strong enough word.
Where to begin? Your service is fundamentally broken, which you admit to a customer(?), and then you send me an obvious LLM output that fundamentally mismatches essential elements of my artist journey such as the wrong timeline, wrong essential details, misquotes things I said, and other elements of the deliberately handwritten canned story I practically wrote for you, knowing that your service is primarily a tech company, not a journalism service. You didn't even bother to replace the full dashes with hyphens or make sure the text would pass an AI generated text checker service. Gross negligence at its finest is on display.
Pathetic is not a strong enough word.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear that the service did not meet your expectations. We have successfully run tens of thousands of campaigns and produced hundreds of press releases with a high satisfaction rate from our clients. The current pause in campaign reviews is a result of ongoing system maintenance, not a service failure. This temporary interruption is a necessary step to ensure a more stable and reliable user experience moving forward.
All elements of the press release can be revised or adjusted based on customer feedback at any time. As requested, a full refund has already been processed, which concludes any further service or obligations on our end.
Best,

BEWARE
BEWARE! They say you get organic streams but according to Spotify they’re using bots and artificial streams. See the email I just received below from the distributer. Now I’m getting fined and my release may get taken down. I guess you live and learn. Stay away from this company!
“Spotify have reported artificial streaming activity on track(s) distributed through your Amuse account. When Spotify detect and verify streams as artificial, they withhold royalties for those streams and apply a fine to the label or distributor.
This is usually the result of using promotional services that utilizes bot streaming or illegitimate practices to guarantee playlist placements and streams.
The following track ISRCs are affected:
SE6XY2297872
As a result of Spotify's fine, 10 USD has been deducted from your Amuse Wallet balance from the royalty period 2025-08-01. This will also be visible on your royalty statement.
Please note that the fine cannot be contested by the affected artist nor Amuse, in accordance with Spotify's Terms of use.”
