Worst service ever. Don't even bother. There service lags and their helpdesk is simply useless. They won't credit or compensate for bad service and they tell you it's your Internet and to also get a VPN. Your paying more for a service that works 15% of the time. They stand by that they aren't the issue and won't even credit you back for bad service.

Apollo tv sucks. No one ever answers on chat help. No one answers email requests. Took my money and nothing.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU CAN’T GET IT BACK. TOTAL SCAM

I signed up for the free trial, The chat feature does not work, and sending emails for help is not helpuful as I have not received any responses through chat or to my emails. Oh well. In business, there is an old saying: "If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will."

I have been with them for three years now, and apparently they have some kind of issues going on with scammers or official sites and they have changed to another one. I would be aware of that one also. I pay for a renewal this morning, but then I get a phone call saying that they’re ready to help me with my renewal and I told them I went to Apollo group TV, which is their official site so they say but then there is another site out there that has the login, but it does not have my information which I have saved in my iPhone. They were good in the past. I will not deny that but apparently something has happened for the year of 2026, so someone is out there sending bitcoin addresses and telling you after you pay you will receive a email but you will not receive an email and you will still keep getting your wrong login info which expired days before my subscription ended. Then when I presented my information, I have not heard from anyone since then so whoever Mike Smith is he must be AI generated because clearly he cannot help everyone that have the service.

The payment methods are a totally headache. My girlfriend and I we spent a whole day trying to renew our subscription and we couldn't it. In the end we lost almost $500 aud doing the wrongs transfers and wrongs crypto currency. Never more with this rubbish. I would give 0 stars.

Buffering issues all the time, it just never ends, we have had this service for over 3 years hopping it will get better but it never does, in fact I think it’s worse, don’t was you money, after our subscription ends we’re done.

My TV keeps going out on 456?? I have starlink not sure if that's doing it but no one will answer my requests to fix for the 4th username switch on account to fix my problem??

Apollo group TV is so easy to infiltrate with scammers that until you pay and don’t receive service. You will never really know if you’re on the correct website or not. And this was during renewal scammers infiltrated our email posing as Apollo so they obviously are easy to clone and infiltrate and people got our information through their website.
