Do not do business with this company. Their sleazy salesmen suckered us into a service that after paying for, they then let us know actually does nothing for us unless we pay more to their company to boost our SEO. After making repeated calls and emails to get ahold of someone to walk me through this, they finally got back one week later after it was too late to cancel and get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY

This business is a SCAM!! Run!! There over 188 complaints with the BBB against this company for ripping ppl off, providing no service and refusing to refund the money. These positive reviews are false.

I completed the form to get information about this company's services. Of course, nothing is straightforward online. The "used car salesman", Harry, calls me to explain and says "I'll give you all of the information and you can see if it's a good fit". Sounds simple enough. He, then, goes through the motions of using Siri to find businesses in my area using a couple different focus points. Everything is going fine as he casually explains nobody would ever find my business without them. After giving me prices of $398 for Apple search and $698 to include Google, I advised I wouldn't be able to do it at this time. Everything changed in this guy's tone. It was, now, like a timeshare presentation. He started sarcastically asking questions - insinuating that I won't be able to function without them. After I repeatedly stated, I would call them back if I decided to move forward, he took an exasperated breath and said, "You have a good day since it's obvious you don't...". I hung up at that point. Any company that presses that hard is not the business for me. It screams scam. I couldn't care less if Harry couldn't meet his quota or missed out on some commission. He helped me to make a concrete decision. I would NEVER want to deal with APN Tech. Buyer beware.

I wish I could give APN Tech zero stars. This company is a complete scam and operates with zero integrity. I paid $600 after being pressured during a rushed sales call with promises of a money-back guarantee. I was told I would receive onboarding, support, and tools to improve voice search for my business. NONE of that ever happened. I never got the onboarding call I scheduled. My client portal is completely empty. I have no idea what I even paid for. Every time I try to call support, I get ignored, sent to voicemail, or worse — HUNG UP ON when they can’t answer simple questions. I’ve been trying for weeks to get clarity or even a basic response. When I finally requested a refund, I was told I didn’t qualify because of “terms and conditions” that were never disclosed to me during the sale. This was a bait-and-switch. I’ve asked for the official script, the voice search requirements — absolutely nothing has been provided. They took my money and disappeared. This is not just bad service — it’s dishonest, predatory behavior that takes advantage of small business owners trying to grow. Do not trust anything they say. I’m pursuing formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and my bank. Avoid APN Tech at all costs.

I was contacted this morning by this company, and I spent almost an hour with a young man who touted this company as the best in the whole world, promising a money-back guarantee and eventually quoting a price of almost $400 Starter Package to put this 50 year old business on some platforms. He also quoted almost $700 for all platforms. When I explained that I am not going to make a decision today because I am looking into a lot of companies, he said he thought he could get a better deal, and his "supervisor" got on the phone to talk to me. I immediately felt as if I were dealing with a used car dealership! This man spent another half hour telling me how terrific this company is, and when I finally asked him what "deal" he was offering he said it is a "promotion" and only valid today, but he refused to tell me what that promotion is. I reiterated that I am not making a decision today, and asked him what offer he had. When he refused I told him I would try to contact the first man tomorrow and "perhaps he would not lie to me". As I hung up I heard the supervisor trying to get my attention. Funny thing, hanging up on someone on a cell phone: it's not the same feeling as it used to be when we had real phones and we could slam the receiver! All of that said, I would like to remind the consumer to do your due diligence and not let this company convince you that they are out for anyone but themselves.

Do NOT give them your credit card. They offered a trial period and services to help with voice recognition. I canceled the day after and also called my credit card company within 24hrs. I never received services, emails, or gave any details on how or what to use for that recognition. I dispute the charge, 2 months later they charge my account again. I call in and ask for proof of submission to these sites and the company ran me through the scripts and dialogues for an hour but could not provide anything more than a list of who they work with and had Absolutely NO proof that anything was completed on their end OR that they had ever contacted me (by email or phone) since they day of the original call.

We were told that we would be verified within four months we have ended our fourth month and have paid them over 2800$ to be verified on all platforms including voice search on both google and apple as well as both maps platforms and we have seen nothing beneficial from our interaction would not recommend
