Matthew and his team has been a great support for our finances! When working with property lease ups twice a year in student housing, we have a lot of expenses, transfers, security deposits, move outs and move ins. Property Management MUST HAVE! Think about a one-person property management office and the chaos it involves. It is hectic, but Nick and Asana are invaluable, resourceful sources. We hired four different bookkeepers and accounting companies and suffered the stress of messy bookkeeping and all the time and attention that the corrections demanded before we found APM help. We were fortunate to get Nate as our assigned accounting cleanup agent. Nate is an expert in Buildium accounting processes. We spent many hours working together on Google Meets, untangling the mess the previous bookkeepers had made. Nate was efficient and effective with the time spent fixing our accounting issues.
