A+ is Great place to get insurance I would definitely recommend to everybody.

Wishing I could get the same customer service as everyone else! However, I’ve been waiting on a refund for over a month!! No one has gotten back to me, and I’m left hanging, wondering if I’m going to get a refund. Every time I call A Plus insurance, they have me wait on hold with their insurance carrier, Falcon for hours, only to get hung up on when someone actually answers.

I have been working with A+ for a few years and I have to say they are just that A+. They help me understand what I need and always work on getting me the best price. The customer service is second to non.

The agents are Always accommodating ready and eager to help Chris,Carla and Sonya are very pleasant and professional an Awesome combination
