Wholesale is a scam private label is the way to go! I have been in the shopping and logistics game for years. My father started a company shipping from Guangzhou almost 25 years ago. He went out of business due to the markets changing, tariffs, taxes and the emergence of the e-commerce market. I thought that I would never get back into a business like this but when apical came along (I saw an ad on Facebook) and I was very impressed with their warehouse and their logistics expertise. I know those are the core of the business and anyone with a half a brain and connections in China can figure out the rest in terms of shipping. Anyways safe to say my investment is in good hands! We had 4 products sourced in under 2 months and are going to market shortly as the Chinese new year has ended! Thanks to team apical and Carson (internal sales) who brought me this fantastic opportunity!

I’ve worked with 3 other automation companies and I won’t waste my time explaining how terrible they were. Apical was my last straw for me in this space. I liked that they advertised that it was a done for you but also that this was my business at the end of the day and that I had some responsibilities like paying invoices on time, responding to messages in their internal communication system etc. I’m so glad I found apical, man, these guys are killing the game with amazon private label. They selected 8 products and then brought them to market in a matter of 10 months! If you are considering other companies I wouldn’t, because they are all versions of two step dropshipping or some bad wholesale model with fake warehouses! Private label is the way forward in 2024 and it catching the wave

I would not recommend working with this company to anyone! It is the worst project management I have ever seen in my life and the communication has been nothing but the worst. They lied about the profits that would be made and even shared negative ROI projections with me after I had already started working with them and voiced my concerns of how things were going. They do not share any data with you, the customer and owner of the business, and they do not follow up on anything they may promise in meetings. In fact, I asked multiple times for a copy of the contract that I signed and to this day (almost 1 year later) I still do not have a copy or the addendum they mentioned regarding Apical not taking their dues for six months as a result of the issues they have had internally through the process. Overall it has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life that I will never forget. 3/11/24 edit: Since I can’t reply to the additional lie this scam of a company left in response to my review I will edit the original one here. I never did any chargeback, no inventory was ever sent to me and I never blocked any phone numbers. Breaking down their lie, one they only use ClickUp or email to communicate so the comment about calling is a lie. Secondly the products are never sent to the business owner/client.

So the people at apical have been working with me for the past 6 months. Now they have been very good to my little flower potting brand that is my little baby! I have been dreaming about having a cute outdoorsy brand I could call my own for over 15 years. They made a special exception with my idea and were able to bring it to life beautifully and now we are about to place our 2nd order soon, to restock, after selling out in 2 months all of our inventory! Thanks team apical and the lovely women who I have had contact with at the company. They made me feel like family and that they truly care about my success!

Just wanted to get on here and tell you about my apical journey so far. To start out with I have been with apical for 9 months now and it hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but let me explain …. They as a company grew quite fast and as a roofing business owner for 35 years myself, I was moderately frustrated but understanding at the end of the day. But to their credit, wether it was Chinese new year, or a shipping delay, inventory charge, staff turnover or a extra charge associated with perfecting my listing they always came through within 24-48 hours with stellar communication in their custom dashboard clients have access to. Now 9 months later I have 2 products in store in the home improvement niche and ironically I have actually use them in my roofing business. Anyways to manage expectations I am at 27k a month on average in sales but am looking so scale soon as we introduce 2 more products to my platinum package! Kudos to kodi and team apical!
