Why does Trustpilot only go up to 5 stars? Emma deserves 500! Working with Emma was probably the best customer service experience I can remember having. She did a great job on my website design… I love how it turned out. And she was so great to work with. She responded so fast at all hours of the day/night that I’m not sure if she sleeps. She was always friendly, explained everything clearly, and never lost patience with me and all my requests. Emma is talented, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure that I was happy with the end result. Would I recommend her? 100%… without a doubt.

The thing that made this a great experience was that they explained in non-technical terms exactly how they would be able to handle my need (geofencing). They later mentioned how they could improve the whole website. I made it myself and I've only ever made one before. Their improvements look so good. The site is so much cleaner. And, my traffic has increased since their changes.

I have previous experience in commissioning websites and conclude that Apexverse has, by many orders of magnitude, exceeded my already high expectations. Emma has taken the brief, built and finessed the site to achieve exactly the right result. Through several drafts, edits and author's corrections, she has executed the alterations swiftly, accurately and with professionalism. Her own input and changes have certainly added to the quality of the site. Recommended, absolutely.
