Shipping was very slow to actually get shipped. Then I see that it is shipping from Great Britain? The main reason I ordered from you guys was because I saw that you were based in Georgia and I thought me being in North Carolina that the shipping would be relatively fast. Might as well had just ordered from the UK website. As of now I have it as 3 stars

Hi Joel, we take all reviews and customer satisfaction very seriously as we are very small business trying to bring a new market to the US. As such you ordered on a Saturday and it shipped on the Tuesday. We had to drop ship from the UK because we sold out of the stands. As such instead of canceling your order and giving you a refund we are eating the $150+ air freight and US duty costs to get it to you. Im sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly to you at the time of purchase and we take responsibility for that. I hope you enjoy using the stand. Sincerely, ATRS staff
