The problem is the shipping. I was unaware that a signature was required so it wasn't delivered while I was out for dinner. The delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow and now I have to stay at home all day tomorrow waiting for Fed Ex which can be any time of the day. Day later and I have received it. It would be great if I could have specified no signature required when ordering. However, the monitor mount I received is incredible: well packaged and complete. The product is so nice that I am raising my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.
