I found Apex online, but I ordered the wrong charger. Never fear! Apex customer service came to my rescue. A brief conversation on the phone was all it took for Customer Service to switch my order to the proper charger. It arrrived in a very few days, and it was a breeze to set up. First, their price was less than half of the price that FORD wanted to charge me for the same type of charging cord. Next, by accident, perhaps by Amazon, the wrong charging cord was shipped to me. I called customer service and they quickly agreed to send me the correct cord via Federal Express overnight (at no extra expense) and of course they sent me a return label for the incorrect cord. And then to my amazement I got an email a few days later asking if everything was all right. I was very pleased with them and how they handled this matter.

First off their customer support is by far the best in the industry. And I have spoken to most of them including Tesla’s customer support. Not even close and the product performs as well as their customer service. The Mach2 is outstanding and as good as Tesla’s Wall Connector Level 2.

Fantastic company ! I have not had a quality customer experience like this in over a decade. If you need support or just have questions they are there. I have used both phone and email support. I emailed on a Sunday night and received response within minutes. Product seems well built and even better priced. Would not hesitate to recommend unreservedly !
