Chandler and Luke were very helpful in explaining things. I must say I am wondering why the finance team hasn't contacted me yet about going over my credit report though. I keep having a charge trying to go through with no explanation as to why or what since I haven't spoken with anyone else yet. I can't authorize what I don't know. I was also supposed to receive everything in the mail explaining it better and haven't gotten anything yet. I did this to try to refinance my daughter's vehicle because she couldn't afford the payments and need it taken care of before my credit takes more of a hit.

On the day I spoke to Brent
On the day I spoke to Brent, I was very upset that he sent me an application to my email 1 month and 5 days after I signed up for the refi of my vehicle. Although I apologized several times to Brent i know i was rude but he remained cool and sympathetic.By the time we hung up he convinced me to fill out the form even though i thought my application was processed 30 days ago, and I hung up satisfied. Brent should receive 5 stars.
