APEX's delivers on its offering. While closing these prospects is tough, APEX offers great coaching and is expanding resources with AI assistance and other great initiatives.

Chris Glod's coaching style is extremely helpful as it is very logical. The analytical style he teaches helps prospects open up so that you're able to find the issues or gaps that you can help with to become beneficial to them. Ultimately this helps them share their statements as they see the value you can bring to their life. If all the coaches at Apex were on the same page with this process it would help reinforce the concepts that lead to successful meeting outcomes.

The APEX team has been amazing to work with as we transitioned our firms focus from only local, in person meetings to also include virtual meetings. Every coach I’ve had the opportunity to work with at Apex has been outstanding. I see many of them regularly during our daily training sessions with other advisors, and the quality of coaching across the board has been excellent. That said, I want to specifically recognize Dylan. Early on, I found out Dylan had served in the Air Force, and as an Army veteran myself, I thought it was pretty cool to be working with another veteran. Beyond that connection, what has impressed me most is how attentive and accessible he is. I know these coaches are extremely busy, but when I reach out to Dylan, he always makes an effort to find time to connect and really dig into whatever I’m working on. He’s also genuinely interested in how my calls are going and where I can improve. After listening to some of my first calls, Dylan told me, “Ken, you’re really good at personally connecting with people. That’s not something I believe is coachable. The rest of it—asking the right questions and getting people to open up—that’s where I believe we come in.” That stuck with me for two reasons. First, it gave me confidence early in the process. Second, Dylan almost always says “we,” not “I.” He approaches coaching like we’re working on this together, and that tells you a lot about the kind of team player he is. Most recently, I watched Dylan demonstrate how he uses AI to build out the pillars and work through the process. I asked if he would help me with that, and we scheduled time to work on it together. Before we even had that call, he sent me a recording of a session he had done the week before. I hadn’t asked him for it, but it was exactly the kind of resource I wanted, and it’s something I know I’ll go back and watch repeatedly. Dylan has been personable, attentive, encouraging, and very generous with his time and knowledge. I appreciate everything he does and the investment he makes in helping me improve. Apex has an excellent coaching team, and Dylan is a great example of why.
