Apertum provides a decent set of digital tools and services that work as expected once configured properly. The core features are functional and the overall concept is solid. However, the onboarding process was somewhat confusing due to limited documentation, and receiving a response from technical support took over two days. A good service overall, but the user experience and help center need improvement.

As a once novice to the digital space, I have been doing my best to follow our money since 2018. Transparency of the blockchain means squat if there is no communication behind it. My feeling is that if you own the technology, it is a very profitable game and it doesn´t matter if you hold the keys to your wallets because every transaction shaves and slides. I have gone from advocate to cynic regarding the foundation, they didn´t just move the cheese, they ate it and came back for more.

I contacted support on 16 July regarding my KYC verification, which shows as completed on my side but remains “in progress” on their system. I am still unable to access the packages within my account, and nobody has provided a proper response or explanation. The people behind this company have completely destroyed my trust. Based on the way I have been treated, I feel that I have been misled and ignored after they received my money. Their conduct has made me seriously question whether their promises can be trusted at all. Weeks without a response, no accountability and no access to services connected to my money is completely unacceptable. In my personal opinion, this experience has displayed the kind of behaviour people commonly associate with dishonest or scam-like operations. I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious before paying this company or providing personal information. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will pursue the appropriate steps to recover my money and report my experience through the relevant complaint and payment-dispute channels.

I really like the idea behind the Virtual Mining Protocol since I have zero interest in buying actual mining rigs. Ich nutze das Apertum-Netzwerk jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Die Transaktionen sind extrem schnell, deutlich schneller als bei Ethereum. Gut finde ich auch, dass man APTM jetzt einfach über Alchemy Pay mit der Kreditkarte kaufen kann. Ein Stern Abzug, weil das Ökosystem noch etwas Zeit braucht, um mehr dApps zu integrieren, aber die Basis ist sehr solide.
