Love the authentic reviews. I've used this this site on several apartment searches and have written multiple reviews. The one time I went with an apartment that ApartmentRatings users reviewed badly, I was burned. I should have listened because the site was right. There are a lot of fake and low quality review sites out there for apartment buildings, and I keep using this one.
