Extremely intuitive — I got it running in just a few minutes, no complications. Clean and well-organized interface; even non-technical users can handle it easily. Powerful where it matters: stable remote access, great for screen sharing and remote control. Excellent value for personal use or small businesses. Areas for improvement: The file transfer feature could be more powerful and faster. Conclusion: Overall, it works really well for most needs. Easy to use, reliable, and with room to become even better.

Anyviewer es un buen software par control remoto, pero le falta algunas cosas. mejorar la estabilidad de la red y ser más Rapido en traspasar archivos. Tambien falta tener la opcion de enviar y recibir archivos desde el celular o tablet. Tenemos la version empresas, la elegimos ya que pensamos que los grupos que se podian crear eran para organizar a los equipos remotos, pero creamos grupos, pero no podemos asignar los equipos remotos a esos distintos grupos.

This software is absolutely essential to me providing remote technical assistance to my elderly father. I've used other software in the past, but they would require confirmation or enabling certain features on his end before I could connect, unnecessarily complicating tech support sessions. AnyViewer's One-Click Control enables me to jump right into his computer to help him quickly and simply, eliminating frustrations before they happen.

It generally works every time. The upgrades can throw a kink into the works occasionally, but patience is rewarded. It is priced nicely and one you sign up, you are good to go.
