Good app for remote access

very easy to used

I find it very useful as I travel a lot. My main issue is that I have to download quite often

I use this most days and compared to teamviewer its a great remote assistance program. The best and easiest to use even to help beginners. Keep up the good work

FUNCIONA MUY BIEN

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with the remote mouse pointer; often, I can't see it because it turns completely black with thin lines, blending in with elements on the remote screen. It's very complicated to work remotely with this seemingly minor problem, but it greatly affects my experience as it significantly increases my work time.
