I bought software from this company many years ago and every time I get in trouble changing my computer or trying with VMs they helped and they are so polite and nice team. The softwares installation is light, it does not consume much from your computer resources and do exactly what they propose to do. Old school company focused on customer.

I have been using AnyMP4 Video Converter Ultimate for several years. It can easily perform all video and audio recording operations. The menu system is well-organized and easy to use. The customer service is helpful and fast. For example, they solved the problem of transferring the software from my old computer to my new one within a day. I highly recommend it.

The customer service is first class. If there is a software problem they are tenacious until they solve it.

Was having problems using same computer, but different operating systems. ANYMP4 responded truly quickly, worked with me with a couple of new Beta software program copies and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Couldn't ask for better service and the results were all great.

I had a hardware failure and could not re-register the product. Contacted customer support with my issue. They responded back very quickly with an explanation as to why and what happened and that they had rectified the issue. I was back in business with minimal issues!! Awesome software and spectacular customer service.

For me, as a non technician:), is this the easiest to use when it comes to video editing (and I tried loads of similar). Super nice staff that helps quick if there are any questions. And it got everyting I need, all PERFECT !

I primarily use the Screen Recorder product. The product is very flexible allowing you to capture either the entire screen or an individual application window. I have had a couple of reason to contact their support. In each case the responses were within 24 hours and completely met my expectations. Great product and great support!
