Was für ein Drecksprogramm..nutzlose Demoversion mit der man nichts anfangen kann. Sehr aufdringlich....gleich wieder deinstalliert, was für eine Lebenszeitverschwendung

Hier werden Tools als kostenlos angeboten. Nach der Installation erfolgen sofort Kaufangebote. Nur die Demoversion ist kostenlos. Was für einen Sinn soll das ergeben?

I purchased AnyMP4 with a view to burning files to a DVD disc but the software was not suitable for performing such a task. The companies refund policy negates any possibility of having your money reinstated & their best answer was to suggest my purchasing another product from their range, which i found both unprofessional & fruitless, avoid.

This product is garbage. Don't waste your money. It froze at 10.50%and that was it. I gave it 2 hours of my time waiting. Guess that's why it's so cheap.

I have AnyMP4 DVD Ripper from them and it works great however, I had to change my motherboard therefore their key wasn't working anymore on my new board and they never answered to the 4 emails I sent to support. I will just crack anything I can, they've got my money anyway.

Ich habe mir AnyMP4 DVD Toolkit ( Lifetime ) im März 2021erworben und war am Anfang sehr zufrieden. Allerdings habe ich sehr schnell festgestellt, dass nach dem Kauf der Software es keine Updates gibt. Auch war der Support NIE(!) zu erreichen. Nun habe ich neue Hardware verbaut und damit ist meine Lifetime Version nicht mehr gültig. Auf mehrere Nachfragen reagiert das Unternehmen nicht. Dabei ist es egal, wohin man seine Anfrage richtet. Mein Eindruck, der Firma geht es nur darum seine SW zu verkaufen und danach erlöscht die Kundenbindung, welche angeblich so hoch sein soll. HÄNDE WEG!!!!!

Tried their video repair software for a choppy video from my smartphone, and the free version only lets you view the first 10 seconds. Since their website has a "30-day money back guarantee", I figured I'd pay for just a 1-month subscription to give it a shot. When I clicked to repair the file, it finished the repair process in less than one second. The video was over 300 MB! Did it even try to repair the video? I don't know. I contacted their support team and supplied the video for their R&D group. They replied saying that there was no problem with their software, and it couldn't fix my file. Now since it was completely pointless for me to purchase their product, I asked for a refund. They refused, saying they only give a refund if there is a problem with their software itself.
