Habe Virus auf dem Rechner durch das Programm AnyMP bekommen und jetzt bekomme ich mein Geld nicht zurück ich empfehle dieses Produkt gar nicht weiter

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich es tun. Der Support hält mich nun seit 2 Wochen hin mir meine Fast 100 Euro wieder zu erstatten die Software bringt nicht das was erwartet von 2 Wochen Storno möglichkeiten wollen Sie nichts hören. Der Support fühlt sich an wie eine KI die immer das gleiche schreibt wer sich nicht ärgern möchte lässt es lieber gleich

A éviter - Leurs produits (anydvd et anybluray) ne fonctionnent pas correctement : problème de lecture et de reconnaissance des disques, ripping lent, crash. Le pire est qu'ils n'honorent pas le remboursement sous 30 jours, bref une grosse arnaque. A FUIR

Die Software ließ sich nicht aktivieren und alle Aufforderungen, den bezahlten Betrag zu refundieren, werden seit eineinhalb Monaten ignoriert. Keine Spur von Geld-zurück-Garantie!

Einfach nur ein Betrügerverein und der Käuferschutz von Paypal ist hierbei auch nutzlos, vielen Dank für nichts.

I had issues while making a purchase within app purchases from the appstore. They never explained on how to be abelt to get the 4K converter actuvated. I tried to unlock it because i wanted to use it so in order to unlock it you need to buy it. And that’s exactly what i did. Well, i was ready to convert that pesky 1080P video to 4K so i try to convert it and i clicked convert and it said i have to buy the app again? Okay so this is where it threw me a red flag. Something is going on here. Something is wrong. So yes there was a popup and it gave the “restore purchases” options on the left side of the popup. Because the popup said “cancel, purchase” or restore purchases. So that’s all it said. So i hit restore purchases and i felt so eager and happy to use the app! So here i go… so i go back again into the video converter app to convert so i click it and then it tells me to purchase the app again. From here i checked my wallet (bank online) and it said it was deducted. So everything i did was coreext. So i try it again. I trye to quit the app and launch it again. It doesn’t work. I tried to restore purchases. Nothing at all. I restarted my comouter because i thought i had to restart it since sometimes some apps require a restart, reboot or whatever the case may be. So i rebooted my computer. So i drag and drop thst 1080p video again to the anymp4 video converter and i go back into the options to choose 4K and it shows the same stupid lock i saw when I purchased it. I was very very infuriated because i just paid my bank statement shows it was deducted from the company. And it doesn’t work! So i contacted customer service explained them everything whT happened. Showed them the invoice. Etc etc. and they said (oh! Its because you purchased “toolbox” i hope you understand.) THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW AN EFFORT OF HELP OR CONCERNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BOTHING JUST COLD LIKE ICE. They didnt care. Like its whatever. So i told them, the problem here is that the WITHIN APP PURCHASES IT DIDNT GAVE ME AN OPTION TO BUY THE 4K converter! It just said “purchase” it didn’t say “purchase toolbox” or “purchade 4k converter” etc. it just says “purchase” So me as a customer i think. This is a scam, its a fraud because i just paid. I consult and ask for help to get this fixed andd they dont help me at all! So they say you gotta buy the entire program. So i was like. Why didn’t that show up? I got to the point that i am already talking to Apple about this issue and if i can proceed i will take legal actions. I really don’t care if its 10 dollars 20 dollars etc. what i do care is that MY PRECIOUS TIME WILL NOT COME BACK AND THIS IS WHY I AM POSTING THIS REVIEW AND THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO HELPP ME AND MAYBE THEY DONE THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE I DONT KNOW. But I don’t care anymore i will do anything to make them understand that we are humans and we all have our own rights to fight for ourselves.

Bildtechnisch funktioniert die Kopie super, ist aber nicht Synchron mit dem Ton...dafür bietet das Unternehmen diverse andere Tool´s an...ist dann aber nicht mehr Sinn der Sache...wenn ich eine Kopie von einem Original nicht sauber hinbekomme, ist alles weitere Sinnfrei...
