AnyMP4Reviews of anymp4.com

I needed a converter quickly for my project.. I had AnyMP4 a couple years ago and loved how easy it was to use then. So I tried it again, and it's even better because it has even more capabilities. After I downloaded the product, I wasn't able to register it after I paid for it. So, I simply contacted the help support email. An actual person replied, and helped. Within a very short time, I was off and running. The person behind the email even did follow up to make sure my issue was resolved. Thats quality service right there. I am a retired UX designer, so the interface is my thing. I could operate the software without any direction - so that's a win in my book. Thank you AnyMP4. I got my project submitted in time because of you "guys".

Program i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Nawet przy przenoszeniu licencji na inne stanowisko komputerowe, odbyło się praktycznie w trybie natychmiastowym. Bardzo dobry kontakt i zero problemów. Wsparcie serwisowe natychmiastowe. Polecam

A agilidade e exposição aliada a qualidade final da conversão. Parabéns E bom saber que aquilo que se paga é producente.

Great customer service.

Got the software for a month. Ripped a about 10 old family dvd videos. Thanks.

The support reacts almost promptly. The problem's solution is always reached.

I forgot to turn off auto renewal of a product I had bought some time ago. I contacted customer service and they reminded me that a notification was sent to me that auto renewal was about to happen a week from now so a refund would be difficult. After explaining that the notification landed for some reason in my spam folder and asking for at least a partial refund because of my difficult economic situation as a student customer service quickly responded and gave me a full refund. 5 stars because customer service responded quickly and I felt I was treated kindly.
