I have purchased both DVD and Blueray rippers, the customer service has been great and feedback from my questioning really good. I work away from home and to capture my favourites to watch is very beneficial to me.

Excellent app. Even in the hands of an inexperienced user, it has great potential. I have been using it for many years for compressing videos and very fast editing. It has lots of individual settings.

Not only does the programm work well and easy to use, but also the customer support (that I used for for some small questions) is great. They answered fast and were very helpfull.

anymp4 screen recorder is the best I have ever used on the market when it comes to things recording in sync as it relates to both video and audio. Besides that their timed recording is priceless as it allows me to start a recording for a specific time interval and let it go until it automatically stops. No need to try and stop it manually just at the right place. This saves me a lot of time and headache and their newest GUI is very impressive once you get used to it. This is much better then the earlier one and more efficient as well as it relates to software after being recorded. A++ no doubt about it.

I bought several DVD and Blue ray converters from AnyMP4 back in 2013. The DVD and Blue Ray Players/converters worked great and were much easier than freeware. I purchased the lifetime license and have enjoyed the free upgrades for all of these years. I finally decided to retire my 2009 Mac Pro and replace it with the new MacBook M3. I used the same license information from my original email to register my applications. Unfortunately, I received the error code, "already used registration license". Bummer, I thought it would work for my lifetime. I sent off an email to AnyMP4 support and received a response within 12 hours. My registration code has been renewed for use on my new MacBook. My code was for 1 PC and I needed support to assist with my hardware upgrade. The speed and responsiveness of the support team at AnyMP4 is fantastic. This isn't the first time I've had to email for help. They always respond quick and provide solution to the issues.
