Good and simple

I have been using AnyMP4 "Video Converter Ultimate" since October 2023 and have never had any issues with the product, it does what it says it does and it does it well. I recently had an issue when I tried to install it on my new Mac Studio Computer saying my product ID had already been used. I emailed Customer Service and they had me back up and running in a flash. Thanks AnyMP4 it's a great product!

Easy to work with and a good outcome.

I've been using their Bluray and DVD conversion software for several years now without issue. They are both solid platforms for doing this. What makes this company extra special to me is their top notch customer service. Over the years I've switched up computers and had to reload the software onto them. Each time, without issue, the good people have reestablished my registration codes so that I could seamlessly transfer from one machine to the next. I really appreciate this company as their products are great and their people are great as well!

I had reason to regret my purchase back as I placed an incorrect order. I had paid by card but AnyMP4 solved this admirably. They were very helpful.

I've been using the BluRay player app for Mac for some years and it works very well. When I needed customer support recently (about transferring to a new computer), the response was quick and helpful! So they get plenty of stars for real customer support (not a robot/chat but an actual person writing to me etc.)!

I use AnyMP4 apps to read and write Blu-ray discs on my Mac and it works very fine. I have had some requests to the support about moving licenses and they have been very reactive and helpful.
