Velmi dobrý program k převodu videa a skvělá podpora při reinstalaci PC

Just installed the software and my motherboard went out. Temporarily moved hd to another system to use software and it would not activate. Emailed support and they were very helpful to reset counter so when I replaced motherboard I was able to install. It works great, transferred 8 3D movies so far to computer to watch with Quest 3. Great product, great service

I had a few video files I wanted to burn to DVD but Any DVD wasn’t working. After e mailing there support they had everything working as it should. There response time in getting my problem fixed was super fast.

Jestem zadowolony z programu. W razie potrzeby jest szybka reakcja działu wsparcia, który jest pomocny.

Like so many windows users I had to do major upgrades to become Windows 11 compliant. In the process my MP4 license became unusable. I use Mp4 to process all pf my MP4 products and they always come out fantastic so I had to get it working again. The MP4 support team got me relicensed and I'm back in operation. Great Product with a Great Team. Thanks

The program is great and it works well. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I was looking for. Customer service was very helpful and they tried to find a solution. When they understood there was no way to solve the issue, they processed the refund without any problem.

I have been using this app for several years. I had to find a solid product that could be used to burn HD and 4K content from Adobe Premier after Adobe dropped the burning capability. I had several questions on the use of the product which the tech team quickly responded to. This is my go to product for burning all of my DVDs.

Buenisima experiencia y trato... recomendado 5 estrellas
