تماس ها و پیام ها و ضبط ها به درستی انجام نمیشه

I have been using this app for a long time, and the recent change to the audio recording feature is extremely disappointing. Previously, each recording interval was 1 hour, which was very practical and efficient. Now it has been reduced to only 5 minutes, making the feature much less useful. Instead of a few organized recordings, users now have to deal with a large number of short files, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I don't understand why such an important feature was downgraded. Please bring back the 1-hour recording interval or at least give users the option to choose the recording length. Until this issue is fixed, I cannot recommend the app as strongly as before.

This used to be the best app, but for the past three months we've had to reinstall and set it up almost every week. Even then, it still doesn't provide complete reports. We've granted the app all the necessary permissions on the phone, yet the dashboard keeps saying that it doesn't have permission. This is very frustrating. On top of that, customer support hasn't been able to provide proper guidance or solve the issue.
