Customer service doesn't exist... I've called 5 times, left messages for "return calls" 3 times, no response. I have yet to even set up the machine?!

They won't respond at all if you send them an email. Bought a C2 Pro and a SC011 but they don't supply the cables that you need and you can't find them online.

I have bought FacePass 7 Pro, the software is trash. Sometimes can not login the crossChex and the calculation of working time is wrong.

I am using the Anviz W1 Pro. The hardware works the software is complete garbage.

Those guys are a joke! They only want to sell their products which costs a lot of money but they do not want to give you support. I opened a ticket more than a week ago and they haven't replied to me yet! Stay away from them and spend your money at somewhere else rather than wasting it all

I Purchased a Fingerprint (punch-time ) machine from this company over a $1000 usd , and paid more than $200 usd for after sale support which in many cases the after sale support is include with your purchase . Unfortunately my Time machine is not working and I called the customer Service more than 47 times ! and send them more than 10 email , but with no success . Do yourself a favor and buy your product elsewhere . it looks like froud
