U wanted mods in nu server didn't go well so i ask for help and then they said that i needed to pay 7 dollar more

They say 24/7 help, but that it is not true... I send them an email it takes 1-2 days for them to respond.. I am not happy of this because I am really struggling with my minecraft server

Always crashing. Suspended once then un-suspended. Sometimes they help that's why i gave them a 2 star. I also think it killed my server because i was getting average 10 players everyday Not a lot right. Now i am only getting 2 5 max. Maybe Its because school but after school. No one. I got told there would be less lag. Nope I have Either been lied too or its just bad.

Client services is bad and they dont answer in twitter

My honest experience is, Anvilnode offered a good reliable service. They offered unlimited SSD storage, this was later restricted causing server down time and issue with corrupting many files. When notifying Anvilnode of this issue, after many days I was confronted with a poor response from Paulo (Customer Support representative). This was not the response I was hoping for, with it saying we have to wait until a backup can be found and to wait. Anvilnode admitted the issue was on there ends and we were told the server would soon be fixed. I am disgusted with outcome and the time I am having to wait, with money being spent on a service I am not being given. Overall Anvilnode don't satisfy customers needs and wants. 3/10 Review!

Quick setup, I bought my server before I went on a week vacation and uploaded my Prison files to look at, and the day I come back; some spanish kids come on and grief it somehow? Not sure how they got the IP/Whitelist because I didn't tell anyone.
