I have had no real issues, but the ticket response time is not up to par with other companies. I mean I understand it is a small company but it is nice to know your tickets are replied to in a day or less. It makes you have peace of mind. I like how they will set up a dedicated server for cheap for you to help you work with things and make it easier for you as well.

Probably the best value in a MC hosting company I've come across. If you are looking for somewhere to host your standard MC server I don't think you can do much better than Anvilnode. The only word of caution I will give is if you plan on running one of the bigger modpacks. I had a few problems with an FTB server and patches of severe block lag/ DCs from the server that would last anywhere from 2 minutes up to about an hour. They were responsive in answering the support ticket and made real effort to solve the issue. But I ended stepping up to a dedicated server. Ultimately my leaving their service was more about my particular need in a host and less about this host. In their defense regarding my particular situation with FTB, they don't actively advertise supporting modded server installs or trouble shooting. Even with that fact, their customer service rep helped me get the FTB server files installed on my new account (with no extra charge like some other hosts you see out there.) At the end of the day, if I was looking for a host to run vanilla, or any range of less demanding modpacks, I would absolutely give Anvilnode my money again.

It's been really good so far, support are really quick on their feet. They are also really great prices for what they are and I like that about anvil node. I also like that they offer a choice of ftp panels instead of the standard one.

Anvilnode provides good hosting at great prices. You get plenty of Memory for the price you pay. However, I do not like the fact that the amount to of players per tier is not advertised. Also, there are several instances of ping spikes while playing. Very annoying, but not game breaking. I wouldn't recommend the lower tiers for minigame servers due to ping spikes, but for survival servers, Anvilnode provides the best bang for buck hosting.
