My Review I was enquiring about some issues we were having and David was very helpful and we resolved all these issues

I have found anvilnode to be fairly easy to use. I am running a heavily modded server but I have not experienced any lagging. I also have not experienced any server downtime. The reason that I am giving them 4 stars is because I am not currently able to identify a way to edit .cfg files from within the ftp / file access section of the website. It is a pain to have to download the files, edit and upload them. Also, there is an issue where some of the .cfg files become corrupted after the edit and the changes are not reflected on the server (I've mainly had this issue with Thaumcraft - trying to turn off taint at world gen). Another note is that because this company is located in Belgium, if you are in the United States your bank or credit card may automatically reject the charge as a fraudulent one.

Good customer service. Helpful for the most part, servers are good with little lag if you don't overload them. The owner on Discord can come across as a little rude but I guess that environment is informal anyway.

In the beginning I thought this host was the best ever. Now, not so much. The only thing is the support. Their support is not too good. So this puts them down for me.

I've been using this host for about 4 months and the service is decent and their servers are pretty good no lag at all even with 2-3 GB. The Customer Support is amazing as well fast support depending on the time. The only thing I suggest is they need to have 24/7 staff who can support those that have time zones when others sleep.

Amazing host! I highly recommend Anvilnode. The support is great, although kind of slow. The best server host I have used! 4/5
