Their prices are great for anyone on a budget. Their support is very good as well and responds as soon as possible. But, I've had many hassles with trying to install a modpack, and upgrading a server isn't an option for me. I would still recommend anyone looking for cheap and good hosting services here.

There are a few minor issues with the service but nothing to really get upset about. This is a great hosting service.

Hello Dizzy, Really happy to hear that you were satisfied with our services. Would you mind elaborating on these issues? If you could email me all the details [email protected], I'd like to investigate this further and see where we have room for improvement. Thank you.

Friendly staff, Knowledgeable. And a great experience overall! Only complaint is when purchasing servers, you can't just add multiple to the cart you have to keep going back and adding more. Other than that I love AnvilNode!
Ya Y.
Anvilnode offers cheap reasonable pricing for their servers. The servers are great and reliable. While there were a few issues, it was all resolved quickly by their friendly support staff.

Nice hosting & they're really cheap. By far the greatest server hosting i've ever seen. Though their support needs a little bit of improvement. They take a little long for a response, I was expecting more since it said 24/7 support system.

El host funciona de maravilla pero me gustaría que pudieran poner un host más cerca de Sudamérica para tener menos ping

I will be honest, canceling was a pain. But after working it out in the chat text with the employee named David, I got it sorted out nicely. The service overall was very nice when working with a minecraft server. The price was reasonable and the tutorials and ready to work customer service was very nice. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a minecraft host. (Just know canceling the subscription may be a little difficult if you aren't chatting with a real person)

Hi there, Thank you for your concern regarding the cancellation of your service. It's actually fairly easily to cancel your service straight from your client area. You can just go to the product page and there should be a button which says "Request Cancellation". Nonetheless, to improve our customer experience, we've done some things to ensure it's easier now - There's a tutorial in our knowledgebase: https://www.anvilnode.com/client/knowledgebase/40/How-to-cancel-your-server.html - Every time you receive an invoice in your email, there will be a link to that tutorial to cancel your service. Thank you for the feedback!
