This company has great support, the person who helped me (Wihan) answered my question without getting rude like other hosting companies have.

Really good help, everytime i needed help they was always online to assist with my problems. I rate these guys 5 stars, also would recommend to anyone who wants a minecraft server.

I would recommend this service to anyone! It's fast, and easy to use. It's not mainstream so prices are very reasonable! Plugin installation, configurations and FTP access is easy as can be! They don't oversell either you get what you pay for, very fast ticket support and offer server setup assistance for a reasonable price! Very happy. 5 ⭐️️

A software developer friend of mine had a dedicated server from his company that we used to host our MC server. We're running default, Mojang MC - no mods, though both of us have plug-in texture packs running on the client side. After my friend was laid off about 6 months ago, we had to find a new home for the world. After searching around, I settled on a 2Gb Gold MC server with Anvilnode. With the exception of one recent experience, I've never had issues with lag or server access. However, I opened a ticket and it was resolved within 6 hrs. I can't honestly say the issue was even server side - it may have been my ISP. But the response to my ticket being opened was swift. Within minutes I had a response. In addition to support, I really appreciate Anvilnode's website. Upgrading or downgrading service is super easy. I love the features for the cost and I feel like I'm getting a great value. I love the Multicraft server management environment. While it took some learning on my part, I feel like I have good control over access and server configuration. I also feel like we have the flexibility to add mods or server plug-ins if we ever want to. Plus, my friend being a co-owner has access to server management via Multicraft if I'm not available making server maintenance all the more easier. Other than a server I run on a computer on my home LAN for my sons, this is my first server that I've managed. Many other companies offered comparable service to Anvilnode, but I really feel like I'm getting a great value and great service with Anvilnode.

I love this provider I have had this provider for just under a year but so far so good cleanness 8/10 the overall website is very neat but at first when i got into multicraft it was a little confusing but I got the hang of it helpfulness 10/10 now the staff on this server is awesome they help you out in every way possible if you open a tick they will respond from 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on how hard the question prices 10/10 now these guys have the cheapest prices ive ever seen im doing a 3gb plan for $6 a month overall 9.50/10 I highly recommend this server provider\
