i bought Anua products a month ago but they never delivered them. They scammed me. They do not respond to emails .Order number #1176

Wanted to return part of my order and they never responded. I sent out multiple emails and they said they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. They also have a policy where they will not accept returns after 14 days and it doesn’t help that no one responds. I am beyond frustrated

I ordered the Ultimate Korean Skincare set, cost me AUD 112.00 on shopify on the 12th of May . I sent 2 emails for a follow-up after two weeks of waiting. Never received any response whatsoever from Anua. Bloody scammers. I just disputed the transaction through my bank and hopefully I get my money back . UPDATE: I got my money back after I successfully put in a dispute of transaction with my bank.

Scammer website I’ve ordered the full skin care I got charge $101cad dollar. Placed an order April 13, up to now there is no parcel, no shipping fee details no update whats going on, keep on sending them a bunch of emails but no response on their website . I want a full refund on my money. I keep on sending an emails on your website your not answering. Ignoring the messages. Please refund my money

Don't deal with this company: they use Chinese scam tactics. Anua is a good product but this company will not fulfill the order you pay for.

Same thing happen to me.I placed an order for the full skincare package and a free gift for $50 and only received one item.I've emailed them multiple times and they keep saying there will be delivered separately.But that has been over two months. I was scammed.

I ordered from Anua to get their skincare set. The package was not delivered to my home and while I did all the legwork for the company they refused to send me a replacement and ultimately refused to refund the price for a product that I never received. The customer service sounded as if AI was answered any email I sent. They never solved my issue and they never offered to send a replacement despite saying if it was USPS fault they would. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this company.
