Received a product that looked nothing like the product I ordered. Didn't even have the name Auna on it. Was told to send pictures, but each time (5 times) the rep said she couldn't see them. I will be reporting this business, as this appears to be a bait and switch. Beware!

Their product is useless to begin with. I purchased it for one-time use. I received an email saying that I am subscribed. I did not. Now, they are forcing me to send their products and charging me. Their customer service thinks that they can charge people; no refund is possible. I canceled on their site. Please do not spend your money. There are also scams using their name. Please research this company before you buy anything.

If I could rate them even lower than a 1 star I would! I received my order but decided against using the product,so I emailed them asking for a return label to return the item unused They responded back with offering me 50% back. As promised in the advertisement 100% money back guarantee. They wouldn't send me a return label to return. They keep trying to hit my account with a monthly membership I again emailed them demanding not to debt my account an stop any monthly shipments. They sent me an email saying they can locate a memberships. We'll yeah. Cause I dont have one! But still continuing to try to debt my account. I want to say I have emailed them 10 times demanding they stop. I have to lock my debt card because they won't stop. This is a scam please Noone order from this supposed company

It sounds like I’m just one of the many reviews. I ordered four of these for a tune of $70. I did receive them, but they did not say AUNA there was no name on them whatsoever and I contacted them immediately to send them back for a refund. They asked me to take pictures of everything I received, which I did. I sent it to him five times and they said they never received it. They settled for giving me half my money back and I kept the product which does absolutely nothing. It’s like water. I am filing a dispute with my bank though.

I placed an order for 38.00 and when I called my credit card company I had a 180.00 charge. They flagged them as scammers due to the many calls similar to mine. They will not respond to texts. Please don’t let this happen to you.

Company will not give refunds or exchange for product that broke me out. Told me needed Dr note explaining why break out, then refused to delete my account information telling me "it must be stored for legal purposes"?!?! Skincare broke me out cyst like bumps, I'm 47, not a teen and know what works and doesn't
