Please do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I mistakenly purchased a switch2 bundle when it was available and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. It almost immediately said it was on the way, sent me a tracking number, and I watched how it kept "arriving at the fedex facility" every day for 3 days. Hmmm? Then it said a hold was placed on the package. I tried to call fedex but they said I had the call the shipper. Huh? You have my package right? They wouldn't help me. Then all of a sudden it showed a future delivery in 10 days. I inquired though antonline email to find out what's going on.....crickets. Then I get a message out of the blue that my package was delivered and accepted by me. Wtf? I checked cameras and absolutely no one delivered anything. I emailed them back and finally got a response that my package was correctly delivered. How? I don't have it and there is no proof it was delivered. They tell me to check with neighbors. I did. Nothing. Emailed them back. They repeated the same thing. I told them I want proof it was "delivered". Nothing. Now trying to dispute through PayPal and amex. Wish me luck on this scam.

Ordered a Switch 2 bundle and noticed in my app that it had been randomly "held" at the FedEx distribution hub, not by myself. FedEx would not provided me with any information, stating i needed to talk to the shipper. When i reached out to AntOnline's support requestign that they look into it with FedEx, and got a generic response on shipping times from their shipping manager that showed fairly blatantly that they did not read the actual ticket. I eventually got in touch with someone at FedEX who was willing to reach out to the depot it was being held at so i could arrange pick up myself. I generally try to see the best in all things, but given that this same exact MO is reported by other users for the same product from AntOnline within the same timeframe (both here and on other sites) I would be very careful with any orders placed through them, as it seems like someone with access to their shipping information may be trying to snipe the packages. Certainly not worth the hassle of buying through them again.

Following a delivery exception for a delayed delivery, the FedEx shipment was redirected (stolen) prior to reaching my house. FedEx shows it as delivered but only shows FedEx World Delivery Services as the location. They also show a signature from someone I don't know. I filed a dispute with FedEx and they sent an e-mail saying they failed to locate/retrieve the package and to go the shipper (AntOnline) for resolution. AntOnline customer service is e-mail only and their e-mail responses say that FedEx reports that my package was delivered. So, they refuse to do anything about the money I paid for a package I never received. They also have not acknowledged the e-mail from FedEx which I forwarded to them where FedEx admits they are unable to locate/retrieve the package. Because AntOnline has not take responsibility for refunding what I paid for a package I did not receive, I am now working with my credit card company to reverse the charge and with the police to help them investigate the theft.

AntOnline Customer Service is frustratingly useless. FedEx marked my Switch 2 as delivered to ... themselves, saying "Delivered to recipient at FedEx World Service Center." They also show some random person signed for it with a first initial and common last name. I filed a delivery dispute with FedEx. Their response was they could not locate/retrieve my package and to contact the shipper (AntOnline) for resolution. AntOnline won't let me talk to a live person and responds curtly to e-mail simply saying their investigation shows the package was correctly delivered. I filed a fraudulent charge complaint with my credit card company and now they are also saying I'm responsible for the charges...because "delivered" ... even though FedEx doesn't say it was delivered to me. What now? This was over $700 for the Switch 2 and Game Bundle that disappeared into the FedEx system. AntOnline customer service is a stone wall. And FedEx won't let me talk to them anymore because they already admitted to me that they can't find it, so that was their resolution. As soon as I enter my required tracking number, the FedEx automated system tells me the dispute is resolved and hangs up. Yet, they still show the package "delivered" as stated above.

Been a month and still haven’t recieved my package and no one is willing to help.

Switch 2 was stolen by an impersonator at the FedEx warehouse. I notified Antonline, and they were no help. They refused to help me file a claim. I have filed a police report. Avoid Antonline at any cost.

My switch 2 was stolen from FEDEX by someone with a fake paper ID. I contacted Ant and they flat out wont help me! I have filed a police report and PayPal report! Avoid this company at any cost!

Stolen package Antonline ignoring my support tickets and calls about lost package and pleading them to send a claim to FedEx. This is absurd. Lost $3.671 and really close to sue.
