Ordered digital product bundle (Office 365) with expectations that license would be delivered "within the hour" as indicated on their site. 10 days later order is still sitting in "shipping" status and they have not responded to support requests. Think I will open a chargeback with my card provider.

The laptop was shipped via fed ex ground economy. The package arrived at the FedEx HUB and was marked as delivered to the HUB and package received at the HUB. The package never made it onto the delivery truck to be delivered to the physical shipping address. Antonline is refusing to file a shipping claim so this can be looked into. FedEx is insisting ONLY the shipper can file a claim and Antonline is refusing since it shows "delivered". I need Fedex to investigate it's end origin and who they "delivered this package too" as it didn't leave the Fedex HUB. No luck after several requests for Antonline to process a claim.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop expecting to get two days after, like it said for the delivery date. However, the day came and i checked my email and they canceled my order without any reason. All they sent was "high risk of fraud or violated terms and condition." I was confused because all I did was purchase a laptop. I contacted customer service TWICE yet I haven't received a response AT ALL. bad place to spend your money, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a switch 2 bundle. Someone impersonating me showed up to the local FedEx ground facility and stole my package. Since multiple people are reporting the same occurance with the same product it is clear there is some kind of scam whether it is them directly or someone else accessing the shipping information from them. There customer service has been no help.

My package never arrived. When you “investigated” the situation you did not note that FedEx posted that the delivery was made in Johnston, at the Fed Ex facility. This facility is not set up for package pickup. The package never arrived to my home in Woonsocket, RI. Although the package never left FedEx, Antonline made no attempt to fully investigate or help me.

FedEx Ground never delivered the package, which was the only shipping option provided. Since this was the shippers choice of service I expected them to take responsibility but instead had to submit a claim with my bank.
